Our internally threaded circular barbells offer a classic look that can work for many piercing placements. Hand polished and made from ASTM F-136 certified medical grade titanium, these 14 gauge barbells are designed to be in your body safely. Titanium ball ends included, or if you prefer a different look, we have many 14 gauge threaded ends sold separately.
