Do you do Piercings and take walk ins ?

Yes! We have a piercer on staff every day, but we find it is best to make appointments. This keeps your wait times to a minimum. Your time is valuable so book an appointment when it's convenient for you so you can come in and get taken care of right away!

We do try to accommodate walk-ins when we can, but we can get very busy (especially Friday - Sunday).

How do I prepare for my piercing?

Make sure you've eaten in the last few hours.

Be in good health! 

Come in when you have time to spend with us - we want to answer all your questions and create the perfect professional body piercing experience for you.

Bring your government-issued photo ID.

Check out our Aftercare page to make sure you can follow through because we want your piercings to be happy and healthy!

Do you pierce minors?

We are happy to pierce you if you are under 18. Per the regulations that we are required to follow in the state of Oregon: 

Parent or legal guardian must be present and have government issued photo ID. In cases of legal guardianship, we will ask to see the defining paperwork to establish the guardianship link. 

The minor does not need to have a photo ID, but it is helpful to establish the parental link. IDs that some people under 18 might have include: A state issued ID or driver's license, a passport, or a school ID from the most current year.

Minor Piercing Age Requirements:

We pierce earlobes on minors starting at 10 years old.  If your child is wanting to get their earlobes pierced and they are younger than 10 give us a call to talk to the piercer on staff. You can book a consultation with our online booking system here.  A consultation doesn't guarantee that your child will be pierced, it is at the discretion of the piercer on staff.  Please remember that we put these guidelines in place because we want you to have the most successful body piercing experience possible!

We offer helix piercings (outer ear cartilage) for people 13 years old and up, and nostril piercings at 14 years old and up.

Other piercings we offer on people aged 15 and older are the following: Tragus, daith, rook, conch, lip, eyebrow, septum, navel.

For any piercing not listed above we will have to ask that you give us a call or come in to the studio to discuss options.

Do you accept tips?

Is it required to tip? Absolutely not. 

The best way to think of it is similar to your hair stylist or nail artist. We take great pride in cultivating a professional body piercing experience, so a great way to express gratitude for great service and a well done piercing can be through a tip.

Can You Change my Jewelry for me?

Absolutely! We can make sure your new quality body jewelry is installed securely and has a proper fit.This is important not only so your piercing looks great, but an appropriately fitted piece of quality body jewelry lessens chances of common piercing problems like migration, piercing bumps and scars, or tooth/gum damage.

How do I take care of my piercing?

What is the benefit of having a piercer stretch my ears?

There are many factors in play when stretching a piercing. A piercer has the training and experience to see when the skin being stretched is ready to accept the next size of jewelry. Time, tissue vascularity, and climate affect our piercings, especially those we are trying to expand.

We offer a stretching service with a pair of glass plugs from 2mm ~ 12g up to 25mm ~1".

What is threadless jewelry?

Threadless jewelry is a wonderful two-part system that enables you to have a secure, comfortable, and easy to change piece of jewelry.  It consists of an end/top and a post/shaft. All of the tops are interchangeable so you can change the look of your piercing without having to take out the post. This style of jewelry has grown to be our most popular because of its quality and ease of use.

This type of quality body jewelry is available in many styles. From flat back postsball back postscurved barbells and straight barbells,  you are able to wear threadless body jewelry in a wide range of piercings such as: nostril, labret, monroe, all types of ear piercings such as ear lobe, cartilage, tragus, outer helix, conch and more.

I purchased the wrong size, what do I do?

Please do not open the heat sealed bag and contact us ASAP so we can help you get the correct size. We create a tamper-proof seal on our products so that we are able to exchange jewelry in case something is the wrong size.

We also have piercers on staff daily to help you get the best fit for your piercing whether you are taking it to go or having us install it for you. 

Do you have a refund or exchange policy?

For your safety and ours, we only sell brand new quality body jewelry. If purchased online or taken to go, we heat seal your merchandise in a tamper-proof bag. We do this for a few reasons:

1. We only sell brand new merchandise that has never been worn. 

2. While we are not able to refund your purchase, we still want you to have the option of exchanging your properly sealed, unopened jewelry for something else or store credit. If the bag has any signs of tampering or the seal has been broken, we cannot take that jewelry back.

3. It's perfect for gift giving!

Most piercing shops do not offer any help post-purchase. We do offer 14 days after purchase to exchange jewelry and during the holidays we extend that all the way to January 15th, to make sure you have plenty of grace period for gifts!

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business for over 10 years. We started out as a tiny kiosk in Eugene, Oregon back in June 2007. We moved our kiosk up to Tigard, OR and opened up in Washington Square Mall in February 2008. Little by little we expanded our tiny kiosk until we made a custom kiosk that was as big as we could possibly fit in the middle of the mall. June 20th, 2013 we opened our first storefront inside Washington Square Mall next to JCPenney and Journey's.

Why did you remodel the studio?
